You did get good info. Thanks for posting it. Perhaps if I was a great salesman, I would go to a more cash rich company, too. ARTT may also be dragging their feet in rolling out buildings because they are on financial fumes. That does not mean that the company does not have great assets, and IMHO, a better strategy since it is data-only.
