Trey, I'm trying to recall a similar example where the potential situation you describe has been done in a small cap tech co., can you help me? Public offerings take a lot or resources in the months leading up to the offerings. Can't we make out just as well, down the road, w/the situation as it now is developing? Split Pea could still become a public co. in a year of so, right? By then it would potentially have a much expanded client list & a much stronger 'awareness' within investment circles, particularly if both it & its parent execute aggressively in 99'. Regis
