ATTENTION VETERANS OF SI. 20 years or more. I’d like to hear from anyone who attended the Qualcomm investors get together in San Diego circa 1999 or 2000. I remember lots of wine Opus One, good food, celebrating our good fortune. Many of the attendees, like me, turned their attention to other things since and have changed their “handle”. I remember many of you were on the Gorilla thread or other Tech threads in that time. I have lost touch with many of these veterans. Through the crashes and changing times I’ve switched from stocks to real estate and back few times. The experience has taught me much and I am. sure anyone that’s still around from that time would say the same. Not sure how many of you are still around-it was 20 years ago-but if there are enough we could start a thread to exchange views and bring each other up to date. Anyway, PM me or post here for now.
