I would think that legal issues will be very long and drawn out, first have to specifically find possible causation as well as quantify damages.......also, while IPIC may be named in many suits, Redux so far has much less direct data regarding possible complications. The deep pocket plan of attack for class action suits will be directed at IPIC, but AHP would likely have much more problems as we are dealing more with Pondimin vs. Redux..........regardless this will take a long time to pan out......just look at Dow Corning and the breast implant issues, still going on for several years.
