I think Ginsberg did the right thing by stepping down, just to avoid the appearance of impropriety. Of course, it's not good enough for Kerry, in fact, just stepping down is proof that Ginsberg was wrong all along.

But what about Kerry's lawyers that he shares with Moveon.org and the other big 527s? Bob Bauer, was that one of the names?

Oh, no, Kerry is not to be held to the same standards that he sets for others.
