I'm really not too worried about Ascends earnings specifically. I am a bit unnerved about this whole "we've come so far -- sell-on-the-news buy-on-the-rumor philosophy." The way I am reading things is that the numbers we are seeing so far are very positive, and that this run-up we've had is holding prices down (today for CPQ and others, the past few days for ascend). My view is that this temp. breather Ascend has been taking lately is healthy in advance of another run-up w/ good earnings. cliff
