NEW YORK, Sept. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Standard & Poor's today affirmed its double-'B'-minus corporate credit and single-'B' subordinated debt ratings of Lamar Advertising Co. In addition, Standard & Poor's assigned its single-'B' rating to the company's planned $200 million senior subordinated notes due 2007. These securities will be privately placed under Rule 144A.
