Yep ... the 100M outstanding shares look pretty ugly, even if they are mostly closely held. One has to expect major dilution in the future. It might be avoided by licensing fees or debt to fund development, but absent that the company has nowhere else to go for cashflow to keep the R&D boys happy in the back room. I'm working on a valuation model and a timeline ... but I still have some missing pieces.
