Not to much in the area of excitement on anything here lately, but Fisher, a large customer reported First-quarter sales of the laboratory-workstations segment increased 17.1 percent to $49.9 million. Operating income increased 52.9 percent to $2.6 million in the first quarter compared with $1.7 million in the corresponding quarter of 2002. Backlog in the laboratory-workstations segment continued to be strong, remaining at $109 million. I have a suspicion that more money might have to be spent on DGI (equipment leases, should DGI be unable to complete it financing. 134,000 had been reserved already. Do China & Canada need any freezers? Foreign sales a weak spot, could see a glimmer from the weak dollar.
