Sid, You claim (in msg 624) D-B only paid $25/share for Ballard shares. I wouldn't mind particularly even if this were true, but it is not. You say D-B's "fuel cell stack technology" is worthless, instead of the stated $56 million. Did you know that the $56 million includes all fixed assets, manufacturing/research/testing facilities, research info, and personnel? D-B has been working on fuel cell technology for 4 years or more, and have put considerable resources into it. This is work they have done independent of Ballard, and it is valuable technology. Daimler-Benz has said it is 100% committed to fuel cells as the future's automotive power source, top to bottom in the company...it is not just the brain child of some VP of R&D or something. So how much do YOU think this department of D-B is worth? ZERO DOLLARS? Not likely!
