I think the 1997 first quarter ended March 31, 1997, and so the
earnings report should be out May 15, 1997. Of course, Xecom has
a somewhat cavalier attitude about informing shareholders of the EXACT
date of any earnings report, so this is just speculation on my part.

However, given the recent action of the market, it seems "informed
opinion"" is expecting the worst. I guess we'll see what we see SOON.
