Jeesh, Dell, Compaq both come bundled with a customized version of IE 4.0
Looks like archangel Billy Boy is up to his old tricks.

YAHOO (Tuesday's close: 55-3/4) said its serevices will now be
distributed directly to users of COMPAQ's (Tuesday's close:
75-13/16) desktop computers. The quick access feature will be
provided through a Compaq-customized version of the new MICROSOFT
(Tuesday's close: 136-5/8 ) Internet Explorer 4.0.
The customized
IE 4.0 and Yahoo! features are now available for the complete line
of Compaq Presario home PCs and can be downloaded from the Compaq
