being a doctor should not ever be for pursuit of money.. ever drive a cab for a living? People look to physicians with deepest and utmost trust.Please don't breach that in pursuit of money.. quit the dr biz, if you are in it.. take a sabbatical to el yunque in peutor rico, stand under the waterfall and find your existential being.. it worked for me.. i would not be a good physician.. because i amputate rather than "heal" and i can't stand crying.. taxi
