Could be. Since both Kerry and Edwards, many times, agreed Saddam had WMD that makes them, also, delusional, and it shows every time they open their mouth to lie about what they said in the near past. They can't delete those quotes made in public. Especially Kerry as a long time member of the Senate Inelligence Committee.
