I've used Fidelity for years and never had a problem. They don't have as many features for daytraders as ETrade does, but they are both responsible and reliable. I'm sure if you wanted to move your long-term assets from ETrade they would do what they could to cooperate. You have plenty of options. My point is that you have been voicing your outrage in the wrong forum in spite of our repeated attempts (some polite and some not-so-polite) to steer you in the right direction. -G
