Toni, I can partly respond to your questions:

1. Feedback from BROC customer meeting. It is going well. Customers impressed with new product demos and management team. Quote from one customer "What a difference a year makes!".

2. SEBL is expecting a good quarter. But we may also be pleasantly surprised with the BROC results. Some good deals in the works, part of which will close in time for this quarter.

3. I don't know the details yet, but it is my impression that the NetGain technology is a leap ahead of SEBL. But until we see it for ourselves that remains to be proven.

4. I have no info on Vantive relationship.
