10K I believe was difficult, with acquisitions (GotCashBack and Americomp), along with the subsequent event of new facilities, equipment, and the Chapter 11 filing for BrightNow. I think they probably wanted to get some of the subsequent (post Sept '99) events documented in the 10K, as it paints a much rosier future than events leading up to Sept '99 Y/E.
