Hi TL!

While the company has proven it is quite comfortable working very narrow vein systems, if they can outline a skarn system then it is game on. The grades have consistantly improved as they have extended the workings to greater depths. This could indicate they are approaching a high-grade feeder zone that would very much fit into the skarn system model. The big payoff would be that they could drastically lower their operations costs and sharply increase production rates by working a skarn system, even if the grades remain in line with the values they have already encountered.

The biggest difference between ECU Silver and almost every other junior in Mexico is that they have already completed the development work to get to the lower levels. I know of several other juniors that are on the threshold of a potential major new discovery, but each of them would have to invest 10's of millions to get development completed to allow for full-scale production.

In the worst case scenario, if they complete a drilling program at the lower levels and find that the current vein systems pinch out and no underlying skarn system exists, they still have more than 10 years ore supply already outlined, and more than 2 dozen other veins traced that have not been tested yet on the property. So the risk is minimal, but the upside is huge, and the market cap for the company is still below many explorers even though they already have positive cash flow from operations and growing revenues.

What is not to like?

cheers!
