It seems that Agouron got a letter from the FDA today. In a nutshell, the letter said that Agouron did not get permission of the FDA marketing arm before it released news on Viracept. Also, the letter said that when Agouron released the news that some of the items that it said about Viracept may have been better then actually were. They are no longer allowed to release news about Viracept until they respond to the letter. I wonder if this could be the cause of some of the weakness today. Bryan
