Bush is proposing big tax cut for dividens. I was wondering how to pick the winner. For those real estate trust, there is no corporate tax on the income. Since the income has to tax at least one time in the system,I guess we have to change the law to tax those real estate trust at corporate level and then we tax free for dividens. Any thought on this?
