Press release at least lets us know that merger/combination negotiations are on track. I doubt if this would have been released, without there being a review of financials, past publicity (good or bad), due diligence, etc. Thus, not only are negotiations on track, but in my opinion there is something of substance to work with, justifying our continued investment in NETZ and high hopes. While we would like to see substance (i.e, forwarding looking projections showing potential), I will take this press release for Monday morning, and look forward to more detail later in the week.
