John, for the sake of the country I hope you are closer to being right than I am.Unfortunately in normal circumstances close to 90% of software projects are not completed on time. Even if most of industry is unscathed it is is already conceded by OMB and other Government watchers that important sectors of the Federal Government will be in deep doo-doo .Once the National media finally start to roll the drums and really fingerpoint I think the risk aversion propensity will hold sway and downside price momentum will be set in motion.
