Started position in Vanguard Real Estate Index Fund Admiral Shares (VGSLX) consists of 116 REITs low expense ratio yields around 3%. Funds come from 85% Short Term Treasury and 15% Int Corporate Bond.

Seems easier to let Vanguard manage buying/selling REITs. I will select special situation REITs as value present it's self.

Allocation to VGSLX REIT Fund now 25% for Taxable account and 25% for IRA/ROTH. 50% in S&P500 Index and rest in Bond/Treasury and Inflation protected securities
