I heard that a while back, some group of people did it on a challenge. It had to do with proving to the government that requiring encryption on exported PC software products wouldn't work or something like that. I know when I downloaded the 128bit at the IE site I had to fillout an on screen form, and if you don't live in the USA or Canada you don't get it. As for NN Communicator...I don't know. Now with 80% of the people claimed to be using NN...why ask an IE 4.0 user? <GGG>
