wonder if you’ve been listening to their conference calls dating back to last December when they first (to my knowledge) failed to voluntarily inform their investors of their rather significant (50%??) Option expense impact for FY06 as required by SARBOX / GAAP accounting rules. Only one “analyst” brought that question up, and BTW BRCM stated at that time>>> we don’t have an estimate but some in the analyst community think it could amount to 50%.

+ Growth-

I recall their CEO stated over a year ago that 3G baseband chipsets represented a huge market for BRCM ( I think he stated that was their largest potential/ their future was largely based on such ) , yet somehow they fail to voluntarily mention they lack a license from Qualcomm to legally sell any, even if they managed to make some.
