Bombardier Recreational Products Presents its New
Sea-Doo(R) 2000 Watercraft Models

revealed today its new line of Sea-Doo(R) watercraft for the year
2000. Presiding over the unveiling Mr. Jose Boisjoli, President,
Snowmobiles and Watercraft said: "These new models are extending a
10-year tradition that has given watercraft users state-of-the-art
innovations and exceptional quality control. We believe our new
models will surpass all expectations and that they will deliver
even more fun on the water!"
To mark the beginning of the new millennium, the Sea-Doo team has
created the most innovative and amazing watercraft ever offered on
the market, the 2000 RX(MC)DI. The RX deep hull recesses, using
active handling geometry, work with the water to give you a smooth
ride and better performance. It's the first watercraft along with
the GTX(+) DI model to come equipped with our exclusive Orbital
Direct Injection, technology that offers a reduction in emissions
of up to 75 percent(1) and fuel economy of up to 30 percent during
a typical day of use!(2) The 2000 RX DI has been designed with
the most demanding user in mind; it's definitely a watercraft for
the 21st century. In addition to the two models equipped with Orbital Direct
Injection, this year brings another plus for the new Sea-Doo
models. All models now come with the D-Sea-Bel(TM) sound
reduction system, which means 50 percent less noise compared to
traditional watercraft. All 2000 Sea-Doo models also come with a
digitally encoded theft-deterrent system D.E.S.S.(TM).
