I could not agree more. The SEC is also forcing OTC BB stocks to become fully reporting or else they will be sent to the Pink Sheets.

Unfortunately the Pink Sheets will be traded electronically and promotional pump and dumps will still occur. I think many investors are becoming more sophisticated but there is no protection from buying too high and selling too low.
