WOBURN, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 21, 2000-- Alpha Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:AHAA - news) today announced that it has been selected to provide GaAs semiconductor components to Digianswer, a leading provider of Bluetooth-enabled wireless technology to the OEM market.
