SAN FRANCISCO, CA., Sept. 25 /CNW/ - In the Year 2000 industry, unique
language conversions can take the single largest asset of business: time. Now, times
have changed. Forecross(R) Corporation (VSE-FRX.U) will team with EDS(NYSE -
EDS) and make its Complete/2000 factory available to the world's largest independent
computer services company.

The teaming agreement is signed with CIO Services 2000, the EDS Strategic Business
Line dedicated to Year 2000 solutions for new and existing clients. The agreement
allows EDS to utilize the Forecross fully-automated factory in San Francisco for
renovations of such unique languages as C/C++, TELON, Ideal, PowerBuilder, Clist,
REXX, Easytrieve and Mantis. Forecross also renovates ADSO, CSP, APS, ADF,
PL/1 and COBOL.

``EDS brings to the agreement the highest level of expertise in project management,
assessment, and testing capabilities,'' says Kim Jones, President and CEO of
Forecross. ``The speed and efficiency of our rules-based Complete/2000 software
and factory will greatly enhance the EDS portfolio of solutions for its customers.''
