If it was working before and isn't now, sounds more like a bug in the iOS app.

Try contacting the developer to ask them about it. Contact information should be on the page for the Sonos app.

Your situation may be more unique since your music is on a Windows PC and not a Mac, thus less tested or more easily missed by Sonos. But that's just a guess.
