my complaint is that they don't give you an option NOT to upgrade and just play music with the old stuff. They FORCE you to upgrade before you can play music.

At Easter, I got that and the only way to upgrade was to connect all speakers to the hard line ethernet cable and then upgrade the units, so while my guests and family were all standing around, I was buried in my network cabinet with wires and my phone desprately trying to get this upgrade to work. Of course their instructions and help did no good and it took me like 45 minutes to upgrade my speakers.

They are NOT customer centric at all.
