Well, that's plain enough.

But since you believe "we cannot have sound multilateral institutions without a basis in shared values and institutions" you must believe that in this day and age there can be no such thing as a sound multilateral institution. So such institions as the World Court, the WTO, and all others of their ilk are invalid.

What, BTW, would you do with the UN? Just pull out of it?
