OT:JBL on the move.....
BofA/Merrill Lynch analyst Wamsi Mohan said reports out of China overnight suggesting problems at a competitor could be a positive for Jabil Circuit (NYSE: JBL).
Mohan noted the Asia Press suggested that Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) has rejected competitor Catcher s casing and increased allocations with Jabil and Foxconn. "Although we do not claim to have direct knowledge of this event, our checks have suggested that Jabil s casings business is well diversified in this iPhone cycle and Jabil should see the full benefit of the ramps in the Nov quarter," he said.
Apple is a ~20% customer of Jabil.
The firm maintained a Buy rating and price target of $22.00
