"sorry our sucky internet mess is extra broken right now--call us & listen to jingle for 10 minutes & maybe we'll help. Here's a tip to get thru quicker...when you call & "the voice" gives no hold time estimate you are in for 8 min plus hold time. hang up & call back till you get time estimate...it saves time. I called & got 6 min estimate the other day...called back instantly & held for 2 minutes. it really is laughable. surely internet perfessionals like them are reading these threads--hey guys, this is a focus group
