Thanks for your comments. I won't make that mistake again. There won't be a hint of a histogram in my future posts. As a relative newcomer, I welcome any constructive suggestions about how I can be an appropriate participant on this thread. Regarding technical knowledge, I do not fully understand the P-GILD tool currently in development. "Projection-Gas Laser Doping. This process merges photolithography, doping and annealing." according to the Annual Report. Further explanation would be appreciated. RES
