Janice, it is the dealing, They knew what and when to do what was necessary to benefit themselves at the depend of the shareholder. The shareholders who trusted them and loaned them the money to get their business started..As for the fries, I intend to eat them,it is a wonderful idea..but instead of messing with oil, why not BAKE them!! Here I never fry the french fries, I bake them and they are GOOD! Talking about french fries, when I went home last spring, in Nice France, at a restaurant I order "des french fries s.v.p." the garcon replied"Madame on n'appelle cela, en France,des frittes!!" French government is trying to cut down on american words, now used so much in French language ,at the risk of getting a fine!As you say..Bon appetit!
