Ralph block said the market isn't over sold.... what knid of crack is that dude smoking.... here we are sitting at lowest levels since '97 and Block says we're not over sold.... there you have it folks.... and these are the same guys saying now we don't trust the street.... like. hey... we always trusted the street....
