Charger: That's a good question... "What does this mean specifically for Westell?". This has to be the reason for Westell turning south this week. The market was expecting deployments starting this year... not more trials starting in 1998 for BT. We need additional information on the formal agreement between BT and Alcatel/Fujitsu. I don't like that last sentence.... "BT has a formal agreement to work together with Alcatel and Fujitsu on the implementation of this trial." They have an agreement for the trial... is that it? Do they have an agreement past the trial phase? I believe Westell moved from 22 to 27 on the rumors of a BT contract. I hope Robert can tell us who was dumping this past week.

Gary indicated that "1997 is the year that the winning partnerships will be created"... it seems that BT falls into this category... Zero deployments in 1997... until later.
