Anonymous people have to DO something to you, in order to be punished. One anonymous person cannot do something to someone they do not know (except as an anonymous alias) and cause any real damage (imo) absent some nexus to the real world and money, or profession or family. It seems rather silly to me to want to punish them for crimes against aliases. There have been many 3d crimes committed by people which arose from internet chat sites- but the crimes I am aware of arose from the desire of some people to "make it real". I don't think the police have much to say about alias on alias crime, where nothing tangible happens.
