From Briefing Entrust Tech (ENTU) 47 1/2 +15/16: DLJ reiterates their BUY rating on the shares after the company held a conference call to discuss its announcement (on Tuesday) that it had formed a secure payment company with First Data. The new company, PaymentWave, will focus on the B2B exchange market to deliver a comprehensive payment platform. Entrust?s core business model is performing well and the company is well poised to reap the benefits from increasingly visible deployment of secure e-commerce solutions.
