More on gaps. Today it looks like INTEL will gap up about 1 to 1.5 points (it's currently 3 minutes away from trading start). Is that the gap that usually gets filled...or since the stock has already traded as high as 141.5 is this not considered a gap? In other words, do the "usually get filled" gaps only apply to all time high or even just "higher than recent high" moves?
