OT - <font color=blue>"YOur story highlights another side to the insurance fraud business -- the insurance companies have doctors on the payroll who will sign what they are told to sign."<font color=black>

Well, that's what I ran into.

This doctor spent less than 3 minutes performing his so
called orthopedic exam. This was done in a tiny exam room
with the examination table jammed against two walls. My
injured knee next to the wall with my foot touching the
other wall. This prohibited him from physically being able
to perform most of the orthopedic tests detailed did in
his report.

According to this shill, every test he allegedly performed
was "normal", including results of many tests he never
performed. Meanwhile my injured knee was visibly swollen &
clearly larger than my good knee, but he reported them to
be exactly the same size with no visible swelling, ET AL.

Upon manual & assisted flexion my injured knee would pop &
crack audibly (one of several symptoms of a torn
meniscus). You could also feel it by placing your fingers
on the knee as it was flexed. My good knee operated
smoothly & silently. Of course his report said both knees
were "normal".

I could go on & on detailing the obvious lies & fraud in
his report, but you get the picture. My wife was present
for the exam. She was absolutely shocked when we saw
his "official" report. Neither of us could believe he
could get away with so much obvious fraud.

Workman's Comp used his report exclusively in determining
that all I ever had was a small contusion (My leg was
grotesquely swollen & bruised from my knee to my ankle. It
was black, blue, red, green & purple.). They completely
ignored several conflicting reports from my orthopedic
surgeon & the emergency room.

Hell, I won't even go into the due process I was
consistently denied, the laws & regs they frequently &
repeatedly violated as they attempted to close my claim
with prejudice. That also included multiple violations of
FOIA & the Privacy Act.
