My simplistic opinion:
For the last year we have had clearly visible expectations (eg. UK final approval, UK partner, etc). For the first time in a long time, nobody really knows what to expect next, or when. I get the sense that buyers are still hesitant, since the downtrend mentality, of both DMX and the markets in general, is all too fresh in our minds -- the old once burned, twice shy syndrome. On the other hand, sellers are far and few between also, since people think "something" will be coming, they just don't know what.
