ITC awards an empty victory to BRCM by limiting ban on phones with QCOM chips to only NEW models imported after June 7, 2007. Those models imported on or before June 7 can CONTINUE to be imported. Now lets wait and see whether QCOM has a work around to allow even the importation of NEW models. yahoo.reuters.com
