Norm: I don't know about ALYD handling Natural, but VIASOFT has some kind of arrangement with a smaller company (don't remember the name) to process the Natural code. VIASOFT merges the results with their own analysis results for COBOL, Assembler, and PL/I.

I'm talking about the analysis phase. Don't know about the changes.

Since you're in the Y2K arena at the techie level, I would like to know what toolsets you're using. Or, are you just beginning to evaluate tools?

Personal opinion ... I'm more likely to pursue a product that runs in my environment than one that runs on a workstation. Access to the source code can be really tricky. That's one of MatriDigm's problems right now, and I would expect the same of Peritus'. Where does ALYDaar's toolset run?
