Thanks for the quick response. You're certainly right on the requirement of information point. I have had a few costly learning experiences in that regard while investing myself.

As you might know from looking into the RICA history that there is very little similarity btween GRNO and RICA beyond the fact that they are both Microcap stocks. Everything from the type of concept to the style of funding to the character and background of the management are very different.

I know that Charles is probably capable of defending himself and I did not mean to direct harshness toward you, but I should tell you that I was on his mailing list for a short time and interpreted from his cues and from all the information available that I should sell before RICA took one of its major dips. Had you been a share holder in RICA in the past I would probably want to know more about the circumstances of your intial purchase and reasons for you exit.

Sometimes the only information available for these small stocks is through SAC interchanges and folders like these. More money can be made than lost if the informationis checked out as you have suggested.
