Byron: I was speaking with my broker about 1:30 pm when he all of a sudden said, "wow--huge trade on CAWS just happened on the sell side. 539,000 shares at 2 9/16." This was obviously below the opening price and accounts for half the volume between 1:30 and 4:00. Hopes this answers your question.
