I don't know. Fannie -g- Credit problems surfacing, bond market peak and major tanking. Fannie and Freddie are 2 major M3 printing machines. Meanwhile... The average Joe may have to pay $450 more per month on his 500,000 mortgage, soon - if they have arms.
