I read an article yesterday in one of our homeless papers called real times that if Bush was elected again he would promote a tax policy that the only thing taxable was work. That all passive income would be tax free or taxable at lower rates.

I don't know if that is accurate but it fits right in with what I understand of republican tax strategy. (all benefits go to the wealthy)

Now if THK is willing to accept a lower rate of interest in order for that income to be tax free, what is the problem for you? It's the current legal system.
