SWRT trades at a discount to the others because they did not meet estimates during the 95-96 period which was a period when the other companies were experiencing explosive growth. I believe there was a problem regarding the scalability of their products but that has since been addressed and probably explains some of the recent strenghth in the company's stock. CLFY certainly looks cheap to me. According to Alex, Brown they expect a 50% growth rate over the next 3-5 years and yet it trades at only 17x '98 estimates. According to AB the kinds of problems they have experienced are fixable in the short term, their products are very competitve, and so with a little more confidence from the investing public could result in a significantly higher multiple.
